It has soft notes of spices and fresh shades of sour cherry and pomegranate.
Its vinification is carried out in stainless tanks under conditions of controlled temperature during fermentation at 24-26°C.
It is served at 16-18°C along with many dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
